Order Processing
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
During this window, your items are quality-checked, carefully packed to preserve freshness and integrity, and prepared for safe dispatch. We don't rush this step — because what arrives at your door should be exactly what you ordered, in perfect condition.
Delivery Timeframes
United States Delivered via USPS or FedEx Estimated arrival: 15–20 business days after processing
International Estimated arrival: 15–30 business days after processing, depending on destination and customs clearance

Changes & Cancellations
Need to adjust something? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
- To cancel: Email us with the subject line "Order Cancellation Request"
- To update your address: Reach out within 24 hours — changes cannot be made once your order has been dispatched

Missed Deliveries & Returned Packages
Carriers typically make up to two delivery attempts. If a package is returned to us, our team will reach out before reshipping — please note that re-shipping fees may apply.
Double-check your delivery address at checkout to avoid unnecessary delays.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If something isn't right when your order arrives, we'll make it right — quickly.
Simply email us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost to you.
